This is the second installment in the Plundering of the Vaults series. This set includes all the Mos Generator sides from three split 12" records we released in 2015. The second half of 2014 through the first half of 2015 was a transitional period for the band. I had decided that in order to push the band to a level that I wanted to see us at, we were going to have to tour more and that just wasn't possible with the original lineup, so I had to look for other players that could do the roadwork I thought we needed to do. During this period of searching, I wanted to be as active as I could, so I started combing through unfinished recordings with the original rhythm section and also doing demos on my own. Many of these songs are my demos of songs that would later be re-recorded in whole or part for inclusion on our full-length albums released by Listenable Records. Many of these songs are very experimental and in listening back to these during this process, I realize how much I like making music that is off to one side or the other from the rest of the music in the genre we are inevitably lumped in to.
