“The riffs to Black Magic Mirror were written in 2008 when we were putting together material for an album that would actually never get finished. This version was recorded as a demo in our rehearsal room and was set aside as a possible bonus track or leftover to be released on a single. When we listened back to it after it was put away for a while we realized that we really liked it and probably couldn’t improve on the demo. It was then brought to HeavyHead for overdubs and mixing.”
