BREAKER (The Cut/Holy Chain Breaker)**
Breaker was the first song attempted on the second day of the Waterman Sessions. After the first day of slower songs we thought we might be able to move into some faster songs because we were used to that big room we were playing in. It didn’t really work out like we had hoped. The opening riff was something that Shawn came up with in 2008 when we were working on songs for an album that never got finished. I came up with the chorus and the B.O.C. influenced middle section and there you have one of my favorite songs to play live.
