In June 2007 we booked 2 shows at our favorite local club to be recorded and filmed for a DVD. We brought in professional sound, lighting and video to capture the events. We had no opening bands for the shows and Instead, we played a movie on a screen in front of the stage before each show. Night one: Planet of the apes. Night two: Beneath the planet of the apes. As fate would have it i worried myself sick before the shows and my voice was shot for both of them. Over the years I've been able to return to these recordings and find a few songs that were acceptable for release. When this KISS tribute 7" idea was presented to us I knew that we had played and properly recorded "She" at this show. Wether or not we played it good was something I couldn't remember but upon listening to it I found that was a high energy rendition that was totally usable for this release. There is some nice audience banter at the beginning as well. TR
